UNESCO Production Coordinator
Paris, France – 2009-11
Managed production, translation and distribution of 2010 and 2011 Education for All Global Monitoring Report and supporting materials (summary, six regional overviews, posters, etc.). Planned and directed process, from draft stage to published document, supervising authors, editor, copy editor, graphic designer, proof-reader and printers. Coordinated translation of Report and supporting materials into numerous languages. Oversaw production- and translation-related contracts and budget, and materials and events database. Helped develop and produce communications and outreach materials (print and web), including postcards, exhibits and brochures.

International Energy Agency (OECD/IEA) Production Coordinator
Paris, France – 2006-09
Supervised production of IEA publications including annual World Energy Outlook and many policy reviews. Liaised with authors; oversaw design, layout, proofing and printing of books, papers and brochures. Coordinated translations and forthcoming publications schedule. Developed and carried out Call for Tenders for printers in 2007.

Translated texts (auction house catalogues, newsletters, correspondence, marketing and legal documents) and wrote articles about art world for Internet company specialized in transmitting real auctions online. Collaborated with Customer Service Department to mediate between auction houses and international Internet bidders.

Coordinated acquisition and delivery of foreign and American independent films. Wrote screenplay coverage, screened films, tracked projects. Liaised with production and sales companies for delivery of physical film elements, managed fiscal and legal documents in conjunction with company’s legal advisor, wrote purchase orders, assisted in supervision of trailer production, and helped select and train interns.
